Initial Consultation

If your family dentist feels you may need endodontic treatment, your first appointment will be for a consultation. Our doctor will listen to you, examine the enhanced digital images of your tooth, and do vitality testing. He will then explain your diagnosis and treatment options. On occasion, endodontic treatment can be done the same day as the consultation.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:

Your endodontic referral slip, and any X-rays you may have been given

A list of medications you are presently taking

If you have dental insurance, bring the necessary insurance card or information. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.

If you have not completed the online information form and forwarded it to us online, please be prepared to provide this at the time of your consultation.

IMPORTANT: All patients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.

X-Rays

If your referring dentist has taken x-rays, you may bring them to our office. However, it is not always necessary. Our advanced digital imaging system will offer us additional diagnostic information necessary for the consultation visit. The cost of this is included in your initial visit with us.

Scheduling

Spring Endodontics is open Monday, Wensday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM until 5 PM. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that same day.

We know your time is valuable, and thus try our very best to stay on schedule in order to minimize waiting. Not all clinical cases are routine. Although endodontic emergency cases are common, our schedule is designed with flexibility to minimize scheduled patients from waiting. Having explained this, we are generally very close to keeping on schedule.
